This is my second marriage to this man and he has cheated on me 4 times, i want to leave but dont have no place to go. Any suggestions.

Start lining yourself up quietly, hopefully you are employed, start looking online for apartments in a different area, just to know what you'll need to rent (first/last/security deposit) & they may do credit check so hopefully thats in somewhat good standing. You hadnt mentioned how long your married so when you have time look up http://www.divorceinfo.com/ for more information if necessary.

You can go to your local court house & file papers for a small fee to begin the process.

If you have any family/friends to go stay with, thats another options to consider or maybe a friend could rent with you to save costs. I've also seen where people rent out rooms in their homes for a cheaper rate.

You hadnt mentioned if you own or rent, if you own & your name is on the deed see if he'll leave & sign a "quit claim".

Your being vague so is difficult to advise. I can tell your pissed & had enough so I understand.
